Pricing & estimates

Clear scope first. Fair pricing follows.

Project pricing depends on the work required, deliverables, complexity, timeline, and ongoing support. A final estimate is discussed after the requirements are understood.

Pricing models

Choose a model that fits the work.

These are ways a project may be scoped, not fixed-price packages. Deliverables and fees are agreed before work starts.

One-time project

For a defined website, landing page, technical improvement, audit, or clearly scoped deliverable.

Estimate considers: scope, features, complexity, content, and timeline.

Monthly support

For ongoing website management, SEO activities, reporting, or agreed digital marketing support.

Estimate considers: workload, deliverables, reporting, and support expectations.

Custom engagement

For several services or business requirements that need to be coordinated under one plan.

Estimate considers: priorities, dependencies, responsibilities, and timeline.

What affects an estimate?

Know what is included.

  • Goals and scope of the project.
  • Number and complexity of pages, tasks, or deliverables.
  • Availability of content, assets, access, and existing technical work.
  • Timeline, review cycles, and coordination required.
  • Whether the work is one-time or ongoing.
  • Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid tools, or advertising spend, identified separately.

The estimate should state deliverables, exclusions, payment milestones where applicable, and recurring fees before work begins.
